Ms. Hespenheide is of counsel to the Firm within the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on breaches of contract, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation and other business litigation. She has significant experience with pre-trial practice and alternative dispute resolution, and recently negotiated a settlement of a multi-million-dollar real estate dispute. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Hespenheide served for two years as law clerk to the Honorable Edward C. Reed, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the District of Nevada.

Ms. Hespenheide is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California. She is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW-SF).
EDUCATION
Ms. Hespenheide received her B.A. degree magna cum laude from Wellesley College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. |
