Amy Kashiwabara is a litigation associate in FLK's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions, unfair competition, intellectual property, and antitrust law.
Ms. Kashiwabara joined FLK in 2000 after obtaining her J.D. from Stanford University and externing for Judge John T. Noonan, Jr., United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Defending CardioNet, a heart monitoring company, against patent infringement claims asserted in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Defending class action lawsuits alleging deceptive and unfair business practices in several states, in both state and federal courts.
Representing a major purchaser of computer memory in pursuing global antitrust claims against memory manufacturers.
Obtaining favorable jury verdict as lead trial counsel in federal lawsuit involving breach of contract claims.
