Amy is a partner in the litigation department. She focuses her practice on financial services litigation and financial restructuring and bankruptcy. Amy has fifteen years experience representing lenders and other creditors in complex commercial litigation. She has defended consumer class action cases in both state and federal court. Amy also regularly represents secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and all phases of the restructuring process.

Defense of class actions in state and federal court arising out of allegations of violations of state and federal consumer finance regulations.
Defense of class actions pending in various bankruptcy courts across the country that challenged commonproof of claim filing practices.
Defense of lender liability claims asserting control theories, bad faith and other claims against national asset-based lender, seeking more than $10 million in damages.
Pursuit of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and related claims against servicer of a commercial loan portfolio with a value in excess of $5 million.
