I joined The Sun Valley Group in December 2003. I have lived just a stone's throw away from the Arcata Sun Valley Floral Farm for ten years and as a local in this area, it has always been apparent to me that The Sun Valley Group's community involvement is just as important as producing only the best quality flowers in the industry. Prior to joining The Sun Valley team I was general manager of a local business for seven years and have been able to contribute from a wide range of experience in business and customer service. I believe that every one of our customers, no matter how big or how small, is equally important to the success of our company. How can anyone have a bad day at work when you're selling flowers!
