Amy is responsible for ensuring that each CS client fully utilizes the technology resources and they actively participate in all activities they are entitled to receive in their career transition program.

Amy is truly customer focused in her approach with every client and goes the extra mile to ensure each client takes full advantage of all the resources provided by CareerStrategies, LLC. She believes customer service is number one and strives to deliver the highest quality support to each of her valued clients. With her positive attitude and high energy, she makes it possible for each person feel at home in our offices.

In addition, Amy serves as our key contact for the web-based job search technology resources and proprietary databases utilized by CareerStrategies, LLC.

She also coordinates all nationwide referrals from our CPI Partners throughout the world and all workshops and seminars facilitated by our firm ensuring each client is 100% satisfied. Amy maintains client contact via email and phone to keep CS clients regularly updated regarding all pertinent meetings and career activities sponsored by CareerStrategies, LLC.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked in Human Resources for a well known St. Louis hospitality company after graduating from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. Prior to that, she served in a variety of customer service roles in the St. Louis area.
