Amy joined Cellnet in April 2004 as Director of Human Resources where she manages employee relations, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, and recruitment for Cellnet. While at Cellnet, she has led the acquisition of top talent to support Cellnet's growth, implemented leadership development initiatives to grow Cellnet's next generation of leaders, and sponsored a culture of innovation, integrity, and superior performance. She brings over ten years of experience to the human relations function at Cellnet. Prior to joining the Company, she worked with several Fortune 100 companies in a Human Resources capacity including: Alcoa Wireless Services, Philips Electronic Manufacturing Technology, Inc., and BWAY Corporation. Amy is a certified Professional in Human Resources. She received a MBA with a major in Human Resources from Georgia State University and her BBA in Organization Management from the University of Georgia. |
