Responsible for delivery of consistent, high-quality customer service across Openfirst.
Amy began assisting with the Openfirst transition in January 2007, working to integrate Information Systems, and was appointed Openfirst Director of Client Services in September 2007.
Oversees all client service areas to ensure that customer's expectations are met from point of sale through in-home delivery.
Develops consistent and integrated customer service processes across all Openfirst and Quad/Graphics locations.
Reinforces consistent process through Smartools such as LoadBoard, ListRequest and Press2Bind.
Amy brings Openfirst a wealth of experience in process improvement, software development and business management. She came to Openfirst by way of parent company Quad/Graphics, where she started her career as an Imaging intern in 1992. She moved to Information Systems as a Business Analyst in 1993, primarily focusing on sales and order management functions while developing many of the Smartools in use today. In 2000, Amy was named into management as a Software Development Manager. She relocated to the Quad/Graphics Oklahoma City plant as the Plant Controller in 2005.
Amy earned a BBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee and an MBA from University of Phoenix. |
