She handles senior-level management assignments at the C-level in addition to Vice President- and Director-level positions. Since joining the Cook Associates Executive Search team in 2001, Amy has been responsible for client management and search delivery within the Consumer and Retail market segments. Further, Amy�s personal practice includes a unique Healthcare specialization targeting the Pharmaceutical, Pharmacy, OTC/Consumer Health, and Healthcare Services markets. Amy�s client and candidate management skills, dedication to the success of the search and dynamic personality have made her a rising talent within Cook Associates and a well known consultant in the industry. Amy is a hands-on partner with all her clients and takes particular interest in building excellent management and operating teams. Previously, Amy was part of a premier executive recruiting organization. Her early career included an international stint in Asia and Europe training foreign-speaking human resources executives at multinational corporations in the art of interviewing, presentation skills and effectively connecting with their audiences. Amy received a BS, Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
