Amy began her human resources career at Hay Management Consultants and then spent two and a half years at Taco Bell as a Human Resources Manager and Recruiter after which she accepted a position at Ernst & Young. Over the five and a half years at Ernst and Young (later acquired by Cap Gemini), Amy held increasingly responsible positions in the Human Resources function handling areas such as compensation, performance management, and training and development. Her last role was as the Business Unit HR Lead for a 1600 person-unit nationwide. Amy joined GFS from GreenPoint Credit where she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources responsible for all aspects of the division human resource function leading the division through the acquisition by Green Tree Servicing in late 2004. Amy earned a BS in Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from Emory University. |
