Amy Lipstein has an innate ability to uncover even the smallest detail when it comes to the personnel needs of her clients. This comes from her capacity to build strong relationships. Her primary focus at the firm is identifying candidates through a process of discovery that will bring success to an organization.
Her clients include companies in industries such as technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, homebuilding and consumer goods.
Ms. Lipstein joined Bell Oaks in 2005 and within a year was promoted to her current position. Originally from the Washington D.C. area, she moved to Atlanta to work for Hewitt Associates, world's largest provider of human resources outsourcing and consulting services. She worked as a business analyst for the company�s Human Resource Outsourcing services division. Her passion for recruiting was the impetus for her transition to the field of executive search.
Ms. Lipstein holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business minor from Villanova University. Over the past several years, she has been heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity, and she most recently completed The Breast Cancer 3-Day walking 60 miles to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund. Recently engaged, Ms. Lipstein and her finance, Jason are planning a wedding for later this year. |
