Amy McCoy joined Warren & Morris in August 1996 as a Research Associate. She rapidly progressed into an Account Manager position where she managed searches in the wireless and broadband industries. As Associate Partner, Amy has conducted searches for numerous functional areas including Sales, Public Relations, General Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing and Business Development at levels including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director.

With her extensive breadth, Amy has proven to be an extraordinary asset in gaining a clear definition of client�s needs and identifying the high-caliber leaders in the market. Her years with the firm have created a sophisticated network of relevant industry contacts to identify suitable candidates for each assignment. Amy�s approach to the search process involves working with clients in long-term partnerships to understand their businesses, organizations, inner culture and thinking which is ultimately the only way to secure the right mix of skills, experience and cultural compatibility.

Amy created her foundation in recruiting with Manpower Temporary Services and gained valuable industry perspective working in Affiliate Sales and Marketing with MTV Networks and as an Advertising Account Executive with Clear Channel Communications. She is married, is a San Diego native and graduated from the University of California, San Diego.
