Ms. McKay is a national, managed care contacting expert with over 15 years experience for large and mid-sized companies as well as individual clinics. She has represented providers, healthplans and ancillary facilities. Ms. McKay began her career with Harris Medical Select in 1992 as Senior Contract Manager negotiating fee-for-service, capitation and case rates with HMO�s, PPO�s and Self Insured Businesses throughout North Texas. In 2003, Ms. McKay joined Concentra Health Services as Director of Managed Care Services and established their first National Contracting Division. In 2005, she accepted the position of Vice President of Contracting and Reimbursement for US Physical Therapy. Since joining SmartCare early in 2007, Ms. McKay has successfully negotiated national contracts with numerous managed care and governmental payors. Ms. McKay earned her Bachelor�s Degree in Statistical Psychology with a minor in Business Administratin from the University of Mississippi. |
