Amy Mireles has over 8 years experience providing clients with business valuation and consulting services. She has extensive experience in the areas of business and intangible asset valuation, as well as tax related valuation and the application of discounts.
Prior to her employment at Oracle Capital, she worked in New York as a Senior Associate in the corporate value consulting group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in the valuation group at Duff & Phelps, where she specialized in SFAS 141 and 142 analyses. Ms. Mireles has performed numerous valuation analyses for individual companies as large as $15 billion.
