Amy Thropp, CQA, Product Director
Amy comes to ThinkSmartps after serving as Director of Information Systems for Bianco Hopkins & Associates. Prior to that, Amy spent twenty years heading development projects for companies such as Prentice Hall Professional Software, Wells Fargo, Solomon Software, Trammell Crow Residential, Premier Appraisal Systems, and Global Software. In addition to her technical expertise, Amy has great depth of knowledge and experience with financial and HR systems, quality assurance, and testing. For the last three years, Amy led the development effort that yielded 2Work!. As Product Director, she spearheads product design and future plans. She is responsible for end-user communications and relationships. Amy works with the 2Work! developers, providing input on functional requirements. She continues to look for trends in the industry and how to apply them to ThinkSmartps' product line. Amy has achieved the Certified Quality Analyst designation and received her BA from Berklee College of Music. When she is not creating software solutions, Amy can be found directing music for community theater productions, and conducting her synagogue choir. |
