Amy has more than 20 years� international experience in a variety of industry sectors including Pharmaceutical, Banking and Soft Drinks. She has primarily worked in HR, OD, General Management and Operational Excellence (lean manufacturing).
Amy has held a number of senior leadership positions where she has been able to apply her specialist skills in organisation design and development, team development, change management, process redesign, project management, competency development, shaping high performance cultures, Business and HR strategy development and executive coaching. She has supported management teams in Europe, Asia Pacific, USA, South America, Africa and the Middle East, India and China.
As an Executive Leadership Team member with GlaxoSmithKline, Amy has supported global organisations through two significant mergers and a series of acquisitions. She has many years� experience of leading major organisational change programmes on a global basis. Her last role in GSK before joining Senn Delaney Leadership was to design and lead the implementation of a culture to support lean manufacturing.
Amy passionately believes that to deliver customer value in a sustainable way requires the creation of a high performance culture via a significant change in leadership thought and behaviour.
Since joining Senn Delaney Leadership in 2005 Amy has worked with a range of clients including GlaxoSmithKline, Honda UK, Ford Motor Company, PepsiCo International, T-Mobile International, Shell and Burger King.
Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies. She lives near London and devotes much of her leisure time to outdoor pursuits, in particular mountain biking, skiing, scuba diving and motor biking. |
