Ms. Van Sicklin is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial for the Boston area. She is regarded as one of the best search and staffing consultants in the local marketplace, and prior to joining Beacon Hill was a regional manager of accounting and financial search for a globally recognized, multi-national staffing organization. She began her placement career at a Boston-based search boutique, quickly becoming the top individual producer in her division, and spent several years prior within the corporate reporting and analysis department of a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Van Sicklin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College where she majored in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. |
