As Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Emerging Solutions, Andee Harris brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm. Ms. Harris is responsible for providing strategic direction and day to day operations for the Chicago office. Prior to her promotion to Senior VP, Office Managing Director, Ms. Harris spent eight years leading the Human Capital Management practice, focusing on the evaluation and implementation of software to streamline Human Resources functions within large organizations. Before joining Emerging Solutions, Ms. Harris worked with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as part of the company�s Software Intelligence Group. She consulted on many strategic accounts, including the Department of Defense, AON and Chicago Tribune. Ms. Harris believes in strong community service and the ultimate responsibility of business to give back to the community, and sits on the executive board of Children�s Memorial Hospital Corporate Champions Board. In addition, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Executive Club of Chicago, Burley PTA and Friends of Burley, and Chicago Canine Rescue. She holds a B.A in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. |
