Andraea Douglass is a Senior Vice President with Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, LLC. She has over 20 years international consulting experience; designing, leading and implementing interventions focused on change management, human resources, executive coaching, culture and quality initiatives. Andraea has a unique ability to work well at all levels of an organization providing guidance and support to senior executives while working throughout the organization to create an environment that is open to the changes needed to achieve superior business results. Her executive coaching skills have helped leaders understand their role in making change happen. Her diversified client list includes WellPoint, Nationwide Insurance, KeyCorp, Payless ShoeSource, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Walter Industries, Compaq Computer, HP, McDonald�s, Bank One, and TVA, among others. As a Strategic Account Leader, Andraea has experience in understanding the technology and architecture for shaping and changing cultures and implementing large scale culture transformation. She has developed strong relationship management skills in a variety of industries and project types. Her extensive consulting skills include innovative problem solving, communicating, and process implementation. The expertise she brings as an account leader includes the management of design, implementation and instruction of cultural, training and Human Resource activities necessary to fully align a company�s strategy with their structure and cultural initiatives. Andraea�s ability to diagnose and identify corporate performance issues, and to identify and determine methodologies to address and resolve them, assist in her effectiveness to coach senior leaders and lead large scale change initiatives. Another component that Andraea brings to the table is her ability to create reinforcement components to support sustainable long lasting change that is applicable to the business drivers. Prior to joining Senn-Delaney Leadership, Andraea worked as an internal consultant for Mutual of Omaha specializing in executive coaching, quality processes, culture change, management development, and human resources processes. She also had the opportunity to work with the United States Air Force. Andraea received her BS from Bellevue University. She has also received a degree in teaching along with numerous awards for her accomplishments throughout her career. She is a certified instructor for several internationally recognized learning processes. Andraea resides in Lawrence, Kansas where she enjoys travel, golf and fly fishing. She also appreciates the time she spends with her grown children Amy and Steven. |
