Andreas H. Dilkrath�s professional background encompasses 21 years experience in national/international markets spanning industry, media and consumer goods both in line management as well as consultancy in Executive Search/Human Resources & Management Consulting.
During his 13 year industry experience he held positions as Sales & Marketing Manager and Managing Director with SCA/M�lnlycke, Philip Morris/Kraft Foods and the UFA Theatre AGUFA Media Group. His functional focus was on the structure, reorganisation and redirection of marketing organisations.
From 1997 to 2004 he was with Kienbaum Executive Consultants, Partner in the Duesseldorf office from 2000. His consulting focus was on privatised industries, consumer goods and retail and he was one of the founders of the FMCG Practice.
Since 2005 he has continued to expand his successful consulting business in Executive Search as Managing Partner with Signium International.
His main focus is on Executive Search and Management Audit in industry, consumer goods, retail, communication services and municipal utilities (energy, telecommunications, waste disposal, housing and healthcare). |
