Andrei received his BS in Electrical Engineering and his PhD in Physics and Mathematics from MIPT in Moscow, USSR. He was a recipient of JSPS postdoctoral Fellowship for Foreign Researchers (Japan) and received postdoctoral training at the University of Toronto and Brown University. He is an Adjunct Professor with the Graduate School of Physics at York University. He has extensive experience in nanotechnology, optoelectronics, physics of semiconductors and superionic conductors. |
