Corporate Counseling. Andrew provides general corporate counseling to a number of public and private companies. Representative clients include commercial technology companies such as Calabrio, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Gearworks, Midwave Corporation, MSP Corporation, ShopNBC and SPS Commerce, as well as medical technology companies such as SurModics, Impres Medical, Celleration and Tactile Systems.
