Andrew Palid represents business and corporate clients in a variety of commercial disputes, ranging from securities class actions to insurance coverage lawsuits. He is also involved in the defense of allegations involving business crimes and advises clients concerning government investigations of alleged business wrongdoing.
Andrew had notable litigation experience before joining Foley Hoag. He assisted in the prosecution of cases as an intern at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, Brighton Courthouse, and represented clients at show cause hearings as a member of the Harvard Defenders.
