Andrew M. Stern age 58 has served as a director of the Company since November 2001. Mr. Stern also serves as a member of the Company's Compensation and Stock Plan and Corporate Governance Committees. He has previously served as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Stern has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sunwest Communications Inc. a public relations firm since 1983.
