Andrew Albrecht is Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. In this role he oversees corporate development including mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate strategy. In addition Albrecht manages the Investor Relations function for the company.
Prior to joining Internap Albrecht was Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Allegiance Telecom. He held a key executive role and participated in raising both equity and debt capital for the company. Albrecht was a member of the company's mergers and acquisition team which acquired 10 data and telecom operations. He brings over 12 years experience in telecommunications and finance. Albrecht graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. degree in finance. |
