Andy joined Spirit as a Vice President of Acquisitions in November, 2006. He began his career within the Real Estate Finance Group of Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette where he worked on the structuring, trading, and securitization of more than $15 Billion of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. He most recently worked as an Assistant Vice President in GE Commercial Finance's Special Assets / Distressed Debt Group where he focused on real estate restructuring and turnaround situations. Prior to GE, Andy worked as a Consultant with FTI Consulting and analyzed potential investment opportunities as a Summer Associate for Austin Ventures. Andy earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated magna cum laude with a BS and double major from Emory University. |
