Practicing primarily in Real Estate Law, Corporate and Commercial Transactions
Mr. Gabriel is a partner in the Las Vegas office of the firm, chairman of the Firm's statewide Corporate Law Practice Group and chairman of the Firm's Southern Nevada Real Estate Law Practice Group. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Nevada State Bar Business Law Section.
He practices in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate transactions, regularly representing: Landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of industrial, office and retail leases and the resolution of lease disputes; Buyers and sellers of business entities, commercial real property, and assets; Lenders and borrowers in secured financing transactions; company owners and executives in connection with the negotiation of contracts and the resolution of contract disputes; and Nevada corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in entity formation and governance matters.
Mr. Gabriel brings firsthand knowledge of the industries he represents. In addition to practicing law, he worked for eight years for Harrah's Hotels and Casinos in a variety of management and marketing executive positions in Reno, Lake Tahoe, Atlantic City, Memphis, Kansas City and St. Louis.
