Andrew S. Craven, a specialist in cash management and capital markets, assists clients to analyze and improve cash management systems, manage interest rate and currency rate risk, arrange sale-leaseback financings, etc. He is experienced at reviewing and assessing complex intercompany structures and advising on such matters as cash and overhead allocation. During the Enron bankruptcy, Andrew assessed complex off-balance sheet structures employed by the debtor and evaluated assets and liabilities associated with various special purpose vehicles. He also implemented safeguards to prevent commingling of cash among Enron entities. During his various engagements at Goldin, including Loral Space & Communications, Athletes Foot and Tom's Foods, Andrew performed valuation due diligence, negotiated claim settlements, evaluated DIP financings among other responsibilities. Prior to joining Goldin, Andrew served as Vice President-Treasury for the CIT Group and, earlier, Assistant Vice President-Capital Markets. He was a senior financial analyst for Treasury at Unisys and a senior executive at Integral Development Corporation, an internet-based marketer of derivatives trading and services to corporate treasurers.
