Andrew leads all development activities, while also transforming Secure Elements' vision into market-leading enterprise products. With more than 25 years of experience driving technical and organizational innovation in software product development, systems integration, and data communications environments, he has demonstrated expertise and successes at both large multinational complex system development efforts and small entrepreneurial startup efforts. Prior to Secure Elements he was Vice President of Development at Precise Software (acquired by Veritas), where he lead the delivery of their Storage Manager product to Microsoft for inclusion into Storage Server 2003 on an OEM basis. Previously he ran North America R&D for Software AG, and has held R&D management positions for leading companies such as Landmark Systems, EDS, and GEIS. |
