Andrew derives great satisfaction from assisting and placing candidates at companies that he feels will enhance their career and provide them with long-term challenges for the future.

His effective communication skills allow him to form strong bonds with his clients and candidates being a great mediator between the two. He graduated with an honors Degree in Politics from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom during his time there he was also nominated for a BBC Broadcasting award. He helped set up a publishing company in Chicago in 2000 adapting a British business model to the American corporate culture. Andrew was impressed with Smith Hanley�s integrity and how they maintained a strong relationship with their candidates even after placement. He enjoys fine dining, Soccer and Cricket; not necessarily in that order.
