Andy has over 25 years of executive and operational experience in energy supply and demand management. His specialties are in management, product development, sales, marketing and engineering. He joined EnFlex from MACH Energy, where he was Co-Founder and Vice President of this socially responsible web-service that lowers energy usage and spend in commercial office buildings. Andy conceived the company, recruited the founding team, designed core applications, helped raise venture funding and closed key sales. Earlier, he built and led the dominant sales teams for New Energy Ventures, now Constellation New Energy, and for First Pacific Networks, a cable modem pioneer. Andy was an energy strategist with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and started his career as a research engineer at Westinghouse Advanced Reactors Division. He attended the University of Virginia, where he earned a B.S. and an M.E. in Nuclear Engineering, plus an M.B.A. from Virginia's Darden School. He lives near San Francisco with his wife and children, and is an avid bicyclist. |
