Andrew Copley was named managing director and vice president, Global Sales and Operations for Kodak Graphics Communication Group in April 2005. He is responsible for leading the global sales regions including all selling, tactical marketing, service, customer and operational support activities. In December 2005, the Board of Directors elected him a vice president of the company. Prior to this, he was a senior corporate vice president and officer of Kodak Polychrome Graphics, and President, Americas since January 2002. From 2000 to 2002, he was the president of US&C of Kodak Polychrome Graphics.
Mr. Copley has over 20 years experience in the graphic arts industry. He joined Kodak Polychrome Graphics with their acquisition of Horsell Anitec in early 1998. He spent the next two years as vice president, Marketing and vice president, Sales for the US&C.
A native of England, Mr. Copley began his graphic arts career in the UK in 1984 with Horsell Graphic Industries (which later became Horsell Anitec). Starting as a sales representative, he quickly rose in the organization, holding subsequent positions of UK field sales manager, European marketing manager, marketing director Worldwide Plates, and finally, sales and marketing director Eastern Hemisphere Printing and UK managing director.
Mr. Copley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, as well as a diploma in marketing from Leeds University in the United Kingdom. |
