Prior to joining Second Rule, Marshall served as technology director for a $100 million government program, as an advisor to GE Capital's Equity Participation Group, as development director for Volt Delta Europe and as a program manager for GE Capital Global Consumer Finance, specializing in the management of professional organizations, and adoption of organizational and operational change caused by rapid corporate growth. He has also been a member of various advisory boards guiding companies through Capital Market offerings.
From 1985 to 1997, Marshall was a senior officer of a $13 billion international bank, and Chief Executive Officer and a board member of their high technology Research and Development subsidiary. Prior to 1985, Marshall served as a consultant for various blue chip companies, including IBM, Ernst & Young, Cable & Wireless and Pirelli cable, specializing in the use of technology to facilitate growth. He is a Chartered Information Technology Practitioner and FBCS (Fellow of the British Computer Society) under Royal Charter in the United Kingdom. |
