Andrew Silverstein is a partner in Seward & Kissel�s Corporate Finance group. Mr. Silverstein joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1999. Mr. Silverstein has represented banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions including structured finance, project finance, asset securitization, secured and unsecured loan financing and senior and subordinate loan financing. He has extensive experience in representing corporate trustees, servicers, subservicers, collateral agents, escrow agents, issuing and paying agents as well as other service providers in connection with a vast range of financial transactions. Additionally, Mr. Silverstein has a great deal of experience in connection with the representation of trustees, lenders and other service providers in various default and work-out situations.
Mr. Silverstein received a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987, and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1990. Mr. Silverstein is a member of the American Bar Association and a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel. |
