Andrew Weissman is Vice President of Construction Services for our Pacific Coast region, and located in our Woodland Hills, California offices. Mr. Weissman brings over 20 years of construction, development, management and consulting experience to SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners. He has provided design development, pre development due diligence, bid documentation, value engineering, and construction management services to several developers of low income tax credit projects in Southern California. Mr. Weissman has also served SunAmerica in the past as a project consultant and owner�s representative completing workouts of low income senior housing projects in Glendale, Arcadia, and Cathedral City, California. As a general contractor in California since 1987, Mr. Weissman has constructed, developed and entitled a variety of projects, including single family homes, apartments, condominium conversions, and RV Parks. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate.
