Andrew Whittaker serves as general manager, Global Transportation, Asia Pacific for Unisys. Based in Melbourne, Australia, he is working to grow the Unisys client base in the Asia Pacific region while continuing to expand the scope of Unisys existing Transportation solutions and services.
Andrew brings to Unisys more than 26 years of professional services and management consulting expertise on an international scale, specializing in strategic and business planning, contract management, performance improvement and business process reengineering. Prior to joining Unisys, Andrew was a partner in the Services Industry Group at PwC Consultants in Australia. In this role, he was responsible for the coordination of business development activities as well as service delivery in a variety of services-based industries.
From 1997 to 2002 Andrew led PwC's Asia Pacific Aviation Industry Group, serving as client relationship management partner for the former carrier Ansett /Air New Zealand and leading various aviation industry projects in the region. His previous roles with PwC included leading the public sector consulting team for Victoria and Tasmania for five years. Andrew also spent six years at KPMG Consultants as director, Financial Management Consulting. |
