Andy co-founded Goodby, Berlin & Silverstein in San Francisco, which grew to become one of the most respected creative agencies in the US. In 1991, upon selling GBS to Omnicom, Andy managed a turn-around team at Omnicom's DDB Needham New York flagship office for which the agency was named "Agency of the Year" and Andy named "Executive of The Year". Together with John Wren, Andy helped launch Focus, an Omnicom integrated marketing company in Dallas, and started Berlin Wright Cameron, a specialized automotive agency. In 1995 in partnership with Ewen Cameron and Fallon McElligott, Andy was a founding partner of the successful New York advertising venture, Fallon McElligott Berlin. New York-based Berlin, Cameron & Partners is Andy's first independently owned agency since Goodby Berlin Silverstein and is managed by the team Andy worked with for ten years. Andy is also an associate at Perseus, a Washington DC-based merchant bank. |
