Dr. Angela Meyer is Vice President Client Services for Exponent. Dr. Meyer works day-to-day with the firm's clients to assess and coordinate timely response to their requests and assists consultants with business development issues. She also provides consultation with regard to demonstrative evidence and presentation preparation and development. Dr. Meyer's technical expertise includes failure analysis and design assessment of mechanical systems subject to static and dynamic loads. She has experience in vehicle and aircraft accident reconstruction. More specifically Dr. Meyer has addressed issues related to the damage tolerance and durability of engineering materials. This includes fracture mechanics and fatigue design analysis of mechanical components. Prior to joining Exponent Dr. Meyer was a President's Fellow at the Center for Advanced Materials Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories University of California at Berkeley. She has worked as a visiting senior fracture mechanics engineer at the Canadian Department of Defense as well as under contract to General Dynamics Atlantic Richfield and Sun Exploration and Production Company. |
