Angela Galyean joined the Predecessor Company in 2002 as director of Human Resources and was promoted to her current position in January 2007. Ms. Galyean has over 20 years of industry experience and is responsible for managing the company�s employee relations, recruitment and retention; health and welfare programs and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Galyean was a human resources manager at InfoCruiser, Inc. Ms. Galyean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and received her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2001.
