Angela Hartley Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary Ms. Hartley has over 17 years of senior executive experience in investor relations, communications, and corporate secretary and administrative roles. She directed investor relations and communications at Woodward Governor Company, a global manufacturer, and initiated those departments at both Aurora Biosciences Corporation and Corvas International, Inc. She has also consulted for a number of California private and public companies in communications and investor relations. Prior to these engagements, Ms. Hartley had responsibilities in the areas of corporate governance and administration, regulatory filings and benefits plans for HomeFed Bank, a $16B San Diego savings and loan association. Ms. Hartley holds a B.S. from Ball State University. |
