Angela Tandy joined Optinuity in March 2007 and currently serves as its Vice President of Marketing. In her role, Tandy is responsible for all of aspects of marketing communications at Optinuity, including brand and marketing strategy, corporate communications, and lead generation. A 15-year industry and technology veteran, Tandy drives Optinuity�s branding and marketing campaigns and establishes programs that contribute to the growth of the company�s customer base.
Previously, Tandy was a key member of Visual Networks, a leading provider of performance management systems for wide-area data networks. During her six-year tenure there, she held a variety of senior management positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Investor Relations, Director of Corporate Communication, and Vice President of Marketing. While she was there, the company grew to more than $100 million in annual revenue and a market capitalization approaching $3 billion.
Tandy began her technology career in the Washington, D.C., area, serving as President of the Baltimore-Washington Venture Group and working as Assistant Director at the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, where she provided consulting services to early-stage technology companies, advising them on capital-raising, marketing, and positioning strategies.
