Angus specialises in bank and debt finance, with a particular emphasis on mining projects and emerging markets such as China. He has negotiated and documented numerous secured and unsecured financings for lenders, borrowers and investors. He has also advised Australian, Chinese and European corporations on a range of joint ventures in Australia and China.
Notable Engagements:
Acted for a luxury London hotel brand in the acquisition and financing of its trophy hotels in Milan and Paris.
Adviser to a major Chinese miner on China�s first uranium project in Australia signed in April 2007.
Adviser on five iron ore projects in Australia involving Chinese steel mills and trading houses.
