Mr. Ranganath is an associate in the Corporate Department at Brown Rudnick.
While in law school, he was a summer associate at a firm in South Plainfield, New Jersey that specializes in corporate and real estate law. Mr. Ranganath assisted in various aspects of residential real estate transactions, including the review of contracts and title insurance binders, and drafting closing documents, settlement statements and post-closing recordation of documents. He also reviewed and drafted transactional documents for corporate clients, including LLC operating agreements and commercial leases.
Prior to law school, Mr. Ranganath worked as a software engineer in the areas of network and web technologies. He also has experience with software development for business process management.
