Anisha Mason brings over 15 years of technical and strategy consulting, project management and staff development experience to PSG, where she is once again surpassing client expectations as one of the most effective and energetic members of our management team. In her last position, Anisha founded the San Francisco practice of Akibia, Inc., a CRM consulting firm specializing in complex, multi-tiered strategy and implementation projects. As vice president and practice manager, Anisha hired, trained and led the entire San Francisco sales and delivery team, determining the strategic and technical direction of every project in the region and repeatedly exceeding every quarterly financial objective. Prior to assuming this role, Anisha had been the firm's most sought-after engagement manager, as well as a valuable mentor to junior staff and a popular speaker at client presentations and company meetings. Before joining Akibia, Anisha directed large program and project teams for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she acquired extensive experience in all aspects of the implementation life cycle, including analysis, design, prototyping, configuration, customization, data conversion, interface development, testing and deployment. She is well-versed in managing the extensive changes an organization undergoes when transitioning to new technology and deploying complex applications to diverse user communities. Anisha received a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual concentration in mathematics and economics from the College of William & Mary. She is a Siebel Certified Consultant and a Certified Project Management Professional. |
