As a previous Corporate Controller of an IT consulting firm, Anita�s role included consolidating revenue of $75 million, preparing and filing all SEC-required forms, assisting with the IPO process, and developing efficient business processes. Anita has experience in a variety of industries, both well-established and start-up businesses, including construction, technology, broadcasting,manufacturing and SAP consulting services. She applies her accounting and business acumen and her wealth of knowledge in the small business sector to help her clients achieve success while dealing with today�s business realities and challenges.Anita earned both her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Women�s Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the board of the Grace School Parent�s Club as past president. |
