Frances Kelly is a native of Ireland and has worked in the German retained Executive Search market since the late eighties.

She began her recruiting career with one of the global top three recruiting companies and has been a consultant with the Signium group since 1990.

She has done extensive work for multinational companies across a variety of segments and functional areas with a strong focus on industrial and consumer branded goods.

Prior to her Executive Search career she worked for a number of years for the IIRS (Institute for Industrial Research and Standards), Dublin, a semi-state company, providing technical and commercial services to small and growing businesses.

She holds an international degree in marketing and languages from DCU (Dublin City University), Ireland and the University of Dortmund, Germany.
