Ann re-joined the Clearwater office of Sanford Rose Associates in May 2004 and was previously with Sanford Rose Associates during the 1999 and 2000 time period.

Ann has extensive experience in human resources with over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including nine years at the director level. Her experience includes recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, employee relocation and employee communications.

Previously, Ann has held various human resource positions at R. P. Scherer, North America; R. P. Scherer's World Headquarters; and, R. P. Scherer's Novel Drug Delivery Center.

She has over fifteen years of senior level pharmaceutical executive and professional recruiting. During this time, Ann has been trained in behavioral interviewing and selection interviewing techniques.

Ann received a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources from the University of South Florida and a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the Florida Institute of Technology
