Anna O�Meara concentrates on employee benefits and executive compensation. She designs, drafts and advises clients on pension, profit sharing, welfare benefit plans, and associated trusts and investment manager agreements. She handles administrative and compliance matters relating to employee benefit plans with the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
Anna also represents businesses and individuals with respect to executive compensation arrangements, including employment agreements, consulting agreements, and severance agreements. She drafts and provides advice with respect to supplemental pension plans and other deferred compensation plans as well as equity-based compensation arrangements such as stock option, restricted stock, and phantom stock plans. She represents businesses on executive compensation, pension, and welfare benefit issues arising in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and lending transactions.
