Anna Kochka brings over 20 years of human resources experience to Sequoia Communications in her role as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Sequoia Communications, Ms. Kochka was Vice President of Corporate Culture and Human Resources at RF Magic. While at RF Magic, she focused on leadership development and implementing systems and strategies to enable a high-performance culture. Previously, Ms. Kochka served as a Senior Consultant at Catalyst Advancement, where she assisted companies in defining their organizational culture, increasing employee engagement and implementing strategies to become an employer of choice. Ms. Kochka also made significant contributions during her 10 year tenure at Nokia. As a senior member of Nokia�s corporate Human Resources Development team in Finland, she focused on building organizational change capability and contributed to several global projects including the development of a performance management system, a succession management process and various leadership development programs. She has a degree in business administration from Brookhaven College and a certificate in human resources from University of California, San Diego. |
