Anna Rogers advises clients in all areas of pensions law. In the course of her practice, Anna deals with a wide range of advisory work for a number of substantial pension scheme clients. She has an extensive background in pension scheme transactions and funding issues (once overfunding, now more likely to be underfunding) and documentation. Anna is responsible for the Mayer Brown pensions team's Plain English crystal mark for a Trust Deed and Rules. In addition, Anna has comprehensive experience with the pensions aspects of many corporate transactions at UK and international levels alike.
The 2007 edition of Chambers UK notes that "Anna Rogers is admired by peers for her pensions expertise and 'easy, hands-off approach.'"
Anna joined Mayer Brown in 1987. She became a partner in 1989.
