Anne joined TMS�s business development department in 2000 and was responsible for healthcare and pharmaceutical teleservices sales efforts. In 2004, Anne was promoted to SVP, Client Services after acting as VP of Client Service for three years. As SVP of Client Services, Anne is responsible for managing all TMS Call Center inbound and DTC program operations. Prior to joining TMS, she was Vice President, Client Services for a Philadelphia based Call Center Group�s Medical Marketing Services Division. In that position, she was responsible for the implementation, execution and overall management of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare programs. Anne�s 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical call center arena brings high value to the organization and our clients. |
